Founded by Kate Taylor - an executive producer who has shaped and delivered brand campaigns and large-scale experiential events for Amazon, Microsoft, BMW and McLaren, with a background in the music industry organising shows and managing artists - Replenish grew from years observing the emotional cost of high-performance work culture, a lifelong love of the natural world, and her own experience of ADHD and Active Mindfulness: flow states reached through movement and immersion in nature, rather than stillness alone.

At the centre of the model is a deceptively simple idea: for many of us, the mind quietens faster when the body is moving.

Kate spent nine years in LA's transformation culture, immersing herself in West Coast wellness. When her father became seriously ill, she brought everything she'd learned home to help him - and saw first-hand what's possible when science and nature work together. That's a conviction Replenish is built on.

Replenish is built on the magic of contrasts - and that's exactly why it works.

One minute you're jumping into the sea, in and out of the sauna, heart pounding, fully alive. The next, you're still - in a deep listening session to Pink Floyd, or watching the stars come out over the Cornish dark skies. Our daily mindset sessions teach you how the same nervous system you just lit up knows how to settle.

You'll surf. You'll learn breathwork. You'll rest in the hot tub. You'll push your body in bootcamp (made for all levels), then sit down to a beautiful lunch overlooking the beach. One morning you'll get your hands dirty on a real conservation project - a beach clean, a woodland restoration - the next you'll laugh through long, luxurious dinners, glass of wine if you fancy it, then sit in silence through a sound bath and feel something shift.

This isn't pan-pipes and politely whispered affirmations. This isn't performing perfect wellness. This is joy - the proper kind - where you let go completely and rediscover that childlike sense of wonder. Because the magic was never in doing one thing. It's in the contrasts.

Giving Back Beautifully

We've taken the worthiness out of wellness - and out of conservation.

We're not promising to change the world overnight. No single beach clean will heal the oceans. But here's what we know: when someone who's forgotten the last time they switched off stands in a woodland and builds a nesting box for a species that hasn't lived in Cornwall for over 100 years- something shifts. That shift is everything.

This isn't about making the biggest difference alone. It's about starting a ripple that becomes a wave.

If you've ever wanted to get your hands dirty doing something real - for nature, and for the species that need us - this is your chance. You'll work alongside the conservation organisations doing the real work on the ground: restoring habitats, protecting endangered species, healing the coastline. Not a token gesture. Real contribution - so you leave having genuinely given something back.

And it's fun. Our guests tell us it's one of their favourite parts of the whole retreat - building pine marten nesting boxes for a species locally extinct in Cornwall for over a century, beach cleans with Surfers Against Sewage, woodland restoration with Forestry England.

Replenish is based at Tregulland, a luxury private estate in North Cornwall - chosen because it walks the same line we do: genuinely luxurious, yet almost entirely off-grid. Sea-view saunas, long lunches, Neuroscience-led sessions and real conservation. A fully immersive experience, and a chance to step back, reset, and reconnect with what matters - ourselves, each other, and the planet.

Five days in some of the most extraordinary landscapes in the country. Everything is taken care of - chef-prepared, plant-forward food, every detail considered, nothing for you to think about. You simply show up, push past your comfort zones, and let the rest fall away.

Got a question

What if I am not very outdoorsy? add

You do not need to be an athlete or a seasoned adventurer. Everything is guided, paced to meet you where you are, and optional where it should be. The point is to feel alive, not to perform.

Is this too intense if I am already burnt out? add

It is built for restoration, not endurance. The week balances movement with rest, challenge with calm. Most guests arrive depleted and leave lighter.

Will I have my own room? add

Shared rooms are a considered part of the Replenish experience. It's one of the ways the group forms so quickly. You'll be thoughtfully paired, and every room is beautifully set up, so you feel completely at ease.

Will I fit in if I come alone? add

Most people do. You arrive on your own and leave part of a small group. By day two it feels like you have known each other for years.

What exactly does the price include? add

Everything. Accommodation, all meals, all sessions and activities, equipment, local transport, leading voices in neuroscience and human potential, and hands-on conservation. GBP 2,250, all in.

What happens after I book? add
